KONI moved from a template-locked website to a widget-based Kentico architecture supporting multiple regional B2B sites, with editors assembling pages without developers.

The challenge
KONI's outdated website no longer reflected current branding, lacked scalability for multiple properties and was difficult for non-developers to maintain. It also needed to align with ITT Group's Kentico standardization while serving B2B partners and distributors.
Our solution
- Pivoted from template-based to widget-based Kentico architecture so content editors could assemble pages without developer involvement.
- Implemented Vue.js with server-side rendering for improved SEO and page load performance.
- Built a reusable widget library deployable across multiple B2B sites without new development cycles.
- Ran iterative delivery with client feedback and user acceptance testing throughout the build.
- Leveraged Kentico Xperience on .NET Core with ASP.NET MVC and Amazon infrastructure.
