Scalable B2B Kentico solution for Koni

The challenge

KONI's outdated website no longer reflected current branding, lacked scalability for multiple properties and was difficult for non-developers to maintain. It also needed to align with ITT Group's Kentico standardization while serving B2B partners and distributors.

Our solution

  • Pivoted from template-based to widget-based Kentico architecture so content editors could assemble pages without developer involvement.
  • Implemented Vue.js with server-side rendering for improved SEO and page load performance.
  • Built a reusable widget library deployable across multiple B2B sites without new development cycles.
  • Ran iterative delivery with client feedback and user acceptance testing throughout the build.
  • Leveraged Kentico Xperience on .NET Core with ASP.NET MVC and Amazon infrastructure.
