UI/UX design for grocery delivery
UI/UX design for a grocery delivery platform, moving the client from Instagram-only ordering to an automated storefront built on researched user flows.
UI/UX design

The challenge
The client needed a trendy yet simple, minimalist website to increase orders. Many customers abandoned the ordering process, so the design required extensive research — competitor analysis, target audience study and user testing — to ensure easy navigation.
Our solution
- Conducted target audience analysis of women and men aged 20–35 seeking quick quality purchases.
- Created a sitemap with 7 main sections: products, cart, account, about, delivery/payment, FAQ and contacts.
- Developed user flows establishing logical, complete purchase paths.
- Designed Lo-Fi wireframes to eliminate distracting detail, then Hi-Fi wireframes with content.
- Built an interactive Figma prototype with an adaptive mobile version.
- Performed user testing on prototypes before development.
Results
- Transitioned from Instagram-only ordering to an automated platform.
- Reduced customer wait time for order responses.
- Increased order volume with reduced staff requirements.
